MY BIRD DIED BECAUSE OF THIS UNEDUCATED UNPROFESSIONAL SO CALLED VET!!
It’s worrying that when you bring in an animal who is dying to a vet who has a duty of care for animals doesn’t even want to look at it yet alone show any interest that it’s dying because there’s “another client” inside. Was told multiple times it’s an emergency but that didn’t make a difference to them. The dog getting treated inside looked clearly fine especially with his happy owner who was joking around with the doctor but the crying client outside with a dying animal is apparently not important. When it does the secretary goes “it was going to die anyway it was probably sick”. Never ever in my life have I ever experienced worse customer service. Even if it was going to die, the LEAST anyone could expect would be for them to at least take a look at it and see if there is anything they could do.
